If Issue 1 passes, Ohio will no longer be red and blue but purple. The entire state will be Gerrymandered according to Section 6 (B).

Massive changes to the Ohio Constitution. Article XI and XIX removed (10 pages deleted) and replaced with Article XX and (16 pages).
Appointed commission not accountable to Voters.
Section 6 Rules for drawing districts
Universally Mandates Gerrymandering to fix partisan gerrymandering. 6 B)
Section 8 Jurisdiction of Ohio Supreme court
Appointed commission only accountable to turning the state purple 6 (B).
Removes Oversight as long as 6 (B) is followed.

Citizens Not Politicians reported that it raised $24.8 million dollars for its campaign. It highlighted receiving more than 750 small donations.[26] Donors of $1 million or more include the American Civil Liberties Union, American Federation of Teachers, Ohio Education Association, Ohio Progressive Collaborative, Sixteen Thirty Fund, and the Tides Foundation.[27]
